Harper had her 2 year check-up a few weeks after turning 2, so I'm a little late in writing about our sweet girl! There are many fears that come with this age, but I'm honestly loving it right now! The fact that she's able to communicate clearly to me definitely outweighs the occasional tantrum. This most definitely might be my favorite age so far!
Here are some things she's doing now:
-Speaking in 5 or so word sentences... sure makes communicating a whole lot easier!
-She's quite the picky eater!
-It doesn't matter where we are, she points to anyone she sees and says "What's their name?" Unfortunately, I rarely have an answer!
-She enjoys watching Sesame Street and American Idol... I love it!
-She's able to recognize most of her letters, thanks to a great puzzle!
-She loves to read and would do it all day long!
-She has quite the sweet tooth... takes after Kay-Kay!
-She loves going to school and asks every day if she can go!
-She loves going to the park and swinging, or swinging at our neighbor's house... they might be getting tired of us!
-Potty training is coming once school is out! I can't wait!!! And I really think she'll enjoy it too! She's very interested in the potty!
I'm sure there's plenty more, but my mind just doesn't function like it used to!

This girl LOVES ice cream!
Reading one of her favorite books, "Who wears glasses?"
It's so cute!!!
She was thrilled with the way
her newly cut nails looked last night,
so today I painted them! She loved that too!
