The Traveling Toddler: Houston

We went to Houston for Easter to visit Corby's parents. We had a packed few days and were able to see several of our friends! Saturday morning was spent at a restaurant called The Aquarium to eat breakfast with the Easter bunny. Harper loved being able to look at the fish while eating, and she fell in love with the Easter bunny! At first, she was terrified, but then she decided that the bunny wasn't too bad after all! We went to church on Saturday evening and then took dinner to our friends, the Allens. They recently had a baby, so we loved getting to finally see Owen! On Sunday, Harper had a personal Easter egg hunt, thanks to Gama and Pop-Pop, and she had a great time! Thanks, Gama and Pop-Pop, for such a fun weekend!

Hanging out with the Easter bunny

Giving the bunny a hug

She thought this was Bruce, from Finding Nemo!

Striking a pose!

Checking out the shark tank from the train ride!

Riding the sea horse on the carousel

Heading back to the car with Pop-Pop

Sitting with baby Owen

Then they got comfy in their pajamas

Harper's Easter basket...filled with her favorite goodies!

She's always thankful to receive bubbles!

Finding some eggs

Proud of all of her eggs

Driving around Corby, Gama, and Pop-Pop

Swinging like a big girl!

Luke and I have continued to refer to Owen as "Baby Owen" and often we find ourselves saying "tickle, tickle!"
Harper was too cute! Hope we get to hang out with ya'll again soon! Thanks for dinner!

It looks like a fun trip! The outfits are so cute! I love a monogram! Cilla would have run the opposite way from the Easter bunny. We did not even attempt it!
