Somebody got a haircut...

And HATED every minute of it!!!

The crying instantly began!

Ms. Neda was SO patient with her!
I really was so impressed!!!

Dadda trying to keep her entertained while I checked the hair cut!

Her hair looks so much better in the back. It was uneven and mulletish, so it had to be done. She definitely looks more like a little girl now, but I am okay with that. Not only does her hair make her look older, her new car seat does too! Yes, she's been in her infant carrier until today. We still hadn't changed the straps to the largest position in the carrier, but we figured it was time to move to the bigger seat. She is still rear facing, and she will remain that way for a while longer. It doesn't bother her, so it works for us!

After her haircut, we walked around Snider Plaza for a while. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Bubba's, and then we were going to get a cookie at JD's... but we didn't have any cash! Such a bummer! I was looking forward to that cookie all morning! We really had such a fun day together! The weather has been wonderful, so of course we spent our afternoon at the park! I love weekends!!!

Here are a few pictures I took yesterday at the park...

Giving me her best smirk

She prefers the regular baby swing...
but this worked for a while!

Hope that you're having a great weekend!!!

Oh, yum! Bubba's and JDs are two of my Dallas favs! We need to go sometime. I wish Cilla had enough hair to get haircut. Maybe when she is two she will get one! Harper looks so cute and is starting to look like such a little girl rather than a baby. It is kind of making me sad!

I wanted to keep B rear facing as long as possible. But found out today that the seat we bought a few months ago only rear faces to 20 lbs. I was SOOOO bummed. So now he's forward facing too, since he's a chunk.

What a sad little face....you would think they were stabbing her with those scissors or something! But it does look so cute.....yes, she is a little girl....don't know if I'm ready for that or not!

Love, Kay-Kay

Where did you get her hair cut? Mae need to lose her mulletish hair soon. :) Also, have you tried Creme de la Cookie in Snider Plaza? They make great cookies (rival JD's) and they have these amazing cakeballs...and they take credit card.
