Teeny, tiny, pink, baby glasses, that is.
Sweet Harper has extreme farsightedness, so these glasses should fix the problem. We noticed her eye crossing whenever she was eating in her highchair and drinking from her cup. At first, I didn't think it was a big problem, but then she started doing it every time she was eating. After talking with her pediatrician, we were sent to a wonderful ophthalmologist. Obviously, she didn't cooperate very well at the doctor, but I took my video camera with me to show him a video I took of her eating... because let's be honest, I knew how she was going to be at the doctor! So he was able to see what she does, and once he did the eye exam (what a patient man!), he confirmed her poor eyesight. Her glasses have been ordered, and they should be here in about a week. At first I was sad about this, but it didn't take long to realize that things could be much worse. Therefore, I am thankful that it is simply poor eyesight that we have to deal with. And I must say, I have always loved babies with glasses... so I think she's going to be pretty cute!

aww, she'll look so sweet! Though, I hope for you she doesn't break 20 pairs getting used to them. When I worked for the eye doctor we had parents literally buy glasses it seemed like evvery other month.
Oooooh, babies in glasses are SO CUTE!! Harper will be precious, as if she wasn't cute enough already. What a good mommy you are to notice the problem, and to think about bringing the video camera!
She is going to be so stinking cute in those glasses. Love ya'll! Praying that ya'll have a smooth transition with that.
Oh my goodness Lauren, she will be sooo cute in those glasses!! You have nothing to worry about on the cuteness factor!! Hope all goes well with them!!!
I LOVE babies in glasses! Harper will rock those glasses and all her baby friends will soon be asking their mommy's for glasses!
there is nothing like a baby in sweet little baby glasses. three of the little ones I nannied last summer had them and I just loved it :) can't wait to see pictures of her cute stylin pink glasses
You know what's even cuter than a baby wearing glasses? A baby putting on glasses! Spencer tries to put on his sunglasses all the time, and when gets them on it is sooo adorable. There is something so fun about sophisticated, coordinated maneuvers by tiny little creatures! I can't wait to see pix. What a blessing that Harper has parents who have the desire and the means to take care of her needs.
I think she is going to look absolutely adorable in those glasses!!!
SO stinkin cute! When Cilla sees Harper in them, she is going to want a pair too! Harper is lucky that yo are her momma!
My daughter had this same pair and they are pretty much break-proof. You can throw them, twist them, or whatever and they don't/won't break. My daughter was 4 years old when she got this pair (but developmentally she was about 18 months) and we had already gone through 2 pairs of other glasses. These are actually still in one piece but due to a new prescription, we aren't wearing them anymore.
