We've had a wonderful weekend! Our amazing friends, Mare and Reid, watched Harper all weekend for us! On Friday night we went to a home group leader retreat for our church and stayed in Frisco at the Embassy Suites. We had a great time with some of our friends and were able to relax a little. I did sleep so hard that when I woke up, I had sheet marks all over my face and arms. In fact, I slept so hard on my face that I still have an indentation in my mouth from a tooth pressing into the side of my mouth. Who knew that could happen?!?! I don't remember the last time I slept all the way through the night and in one spot... it was marvelous! Then on Saturday we went to the Omni hotel in Fort Worth. It is brand new and was beautiful! We spent our afternoon at the pool, ate some great mexican food for dinner, and enjoyed some ice cream. We were celebrating my birthday and our anniversary all in one weekend. Sadly I don't have any pictures... I am so bad about that when we are out doing fun things! Today we had my birthday lunch, came home to sweet Harper, rested this afternoon, enjoyed Snuffers for dinner, and I heart yogurt for dessert (yes, I'm still obsessed!)! We are SO thankful that our friends gave us such a special weekend together. I hope that you had a great weekend too!!!
