I had seen on PW's facebook page that she'd be in Dallas for a book signing. I went back and forth on whether I should go. My friend, Caroline, told me she was going, so that inspired me. It started at 6, but I was in the area and Harper was asleep in the car, so we got there at 3:45. I got a blue wristband and was told it would probably be around 9:30 when the blue group would have their turn. So we met Corby for dinner by the bookstore, and then he took her home. I went back, got in line around 8, and then I finally met her at 11! I'm tired today, but it was definitely worth it! I made friends with everyone around me, which made the time go by quicker. I didn't have my camera, so I got pictures on my phone. But the lady in front of me took pictures for me and will hopefully email them soon! She was so friendly, asked me what my favorite recipes were, complimented me on my haircut (saying it suited me well...as if we're best friends!), and answered a question I had about her cinnamon roll recipe. I'm so glad I decided to go!

How fun! And how great to have a husband who encourages you to do something he knows you'll enjoy. I always seem to need that push. I always automatically assume I'll be happiest if I'm at home in bed (at night time). =)
