Henley's first week and a half

The last 10 days have been wonderful! Kay-Kay and Tia were here all last week...which was a lifesaver! Harper ended up getting sick with a high fever on Wednesday night, and today is the first time for her to be fever-free.  So we spent a lot of time at the doctor! I really don't know what I would've done without their help!

Harper didn't show signs of sickness until Wednesday night, so she was able to trick-or-treat at a few houses on our street and attend our neighbor's party. But when she came up to me and asked to go home...I knew something wasn't right. But even being sick, she looked pretty cute as Rapunzel! And Henley wore a zebra print outfit...since that's the only thing that fit her!

Henley had her weight check last Friday, and she was up to 6 lb 1 oz. Her doctor was very pleased with the growth and assumed she'd be back to her birthweight by her next appt, this Thursday. I'm tired of having to wake her up to eat in the night, so I'm ready for her to be back to her birthweight! She is eating really well, which is a nice change of pace from how her big sister was! She is also sleeping more than I remember Harper sleeping. She definitely cries, but it's nothing like Harper's scream... so that's a plus too!

This week has been going well so far. Corby is here on and off throughout the day, so I'm not completely on my own yet. But I've managed to shower both days, which I consider to be quite an accomplishment. I think we're going to actually make it!
