We could definitely use Noah and his ark around here! Our hot water heater busted yesterday, but the water hasn't stopped flowing! Due to the age of our tank, the shut off valve seems to be corroded and unusable! And since we still need water around here, we can't shut it all off. I've lost track of how many towel changes we have had! And I'm almost confident our carpet floor is ruined...I just don't know how it can survive! We will hopefully get it out tomorrow, but I doubt we'll get our new one yet. You know, because the wood underneath it is completely rotten. So we'll be getting that fixed first. Oh the joys of homeownership...there are definitely times I wish we were right back in our apartment!

OH NO! Josh's closet flooded earlier this year and that was a headache- can't imagine something so big! Funny, too, how the grass is always greener on the other side... I think we talk about how we miss the stress free, lawn care free, no real responsibility days of apartment life at least once a week!
