Yesterday Corby and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. Since there are 4 birthdays within 5 days at the end of August, this day kind of gets lost. Thankfully Corby and I always remember, and that's all that really matters, right? We enjoyed a nice, Harper-free dinner (thanks to LC!) at one of those Brazilian steakhouses. Corby decided to take advantage of my extreme hunger lately! And it was delicious!!!
Instead of going the separate gift route, we are giving each other a remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately it's not ours, but it is the one that needs to be done first. The demo started Monday and my entire house is covered in dust! My throat is perpetually itchy, and Harper's cough won't be getting better any time soon! But she's going to have a beautiful bathroom...so she wins in the end!
